Indiana Sentinels Transactions – August Edition

With August come and gone, we have finally entered a month that hockey will start being played at The Ham. We will see a lot of hopeful players at the Sentinels Free Agent Camp starting on September 25th and ending on the 28th.

The Free Agent Camp is intended to give players a chance to play their best in front of Head Coach Everett Thompson in hopes of being invited to the Sentinels Training Camp, which begins on September 30th and ends on October 3rd.

While there are still slots to fill on the Sentinels 26-27 season roster, Everett Thompson has had another busy month of trying to build up his team. In case you missed it, here are all of the moves the Indiana Sentinels made in the month of August:

The Sentinels have also parted ways with a number of key players such as Jay Bucholz, Brendan Lynch, Dzianis Zaichyk, Corey Cunningham to SPHL camps. Should any of these players not make a team out of camp, we will see them back in a Sentinels jersey for the beginning of the season.

We also got the news that forwards Alfred Rotiroti and Bodhan Zinchenko have been signed to a tryout by the Peoria Rivermen in the SPHL, and the Indiana Sentinels wish them both the best of luck!

A couple of trades, and a lot more players getting signed on have the Indiana Sentinels ready for the final few weeks of the offseason before camps get underway. Keep an ear out for more news as the summer wraps up through the Sentinels website and social media pages.
