Gavin grew up in Urbana Illinois and was an avid fan of the Danville Dashers. Farming was the family background. He then completed schooling with an associate’s degree in general studies from Parkland College and a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences from Indiana University. Gavin has since relocated to Plainfield Indiana.

Garrett also grew up in Urbana Illinois and was a devout Dashers fan. He was involved in the family farming business. Upon relocation to central Indiana, Garrett took employment as an assistant manager of shipping and receiving at the headquarters of the largest vehicle dealership in Indiana.

Brit Morgan brings a dynamic background in sports administration, media, and marketing to the front office, blending executive-level experience with a lifelong passion for athletics. A former varsity softball coach and lifelong athlete, Brit grew up competing in ball hockey, softball, and basketball before earning her B.S. in Sports Broadcast Journalism and Marketing from Wingate University.
