Gavin grew up in Urbana Illinois and was an avid fan of the Danville Dashers. Farming was the family background. He then completed schooling with an associate’s degree in general studies from Parkland College and a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences from Indiana University. Gavin has since relocated to Plainfield Indiana.

Garrett also grew up in Urbana Illinois and was a devout Dashers fan. He was involved in the family farming business. Upon relocation to central Indiana, Garrett took employment as an assistant manager of shipping and receiving at the headquarters of the largest vehicle dealership in Indiana.

Brian resides in Columbus, Indiana and is passionate about hockey as a former hockey dad and a previous Columbus Youth Hockey Board member.  He received a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Administration at Indiana State University and holds a Master’s degree in Aviation Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Aside from his role as Airport Director at the Columbus Municipal Airport, Brian serves on 22 boards across the City, State, and Nation.

Ian was born and raised in Indianapolis Indiana. He has been involved in central Indiana hockey for over 35 years. He also played semi pro football for the Indiana Generals for 8 years where he concurrently served as a board member from the teams inception. Ian then spent 17 and a half years working in a steel mill before taking his role with the Indiana Sentinels.
